We aim to provide you with the most accurate proposal possible, and it’s important to us that your thoughts and desires regarding the project reflect that. The initial client meeting and proposal are free of charge.
Receive Quote
At M-Build, we will provide you with the most accurate breakdown of tasks and pricing possible using the information we received at the client meeting. Proposals will include allowances for the homeowner to select finish materials, unless otherwise noted.
Green light!
Once you’ve signed off on the quote and provided a deposit, we’ll prepare to get work on your dream space!

We ensure our clients are routinely kept up to speed on our progress and we communicate any unforeseen situations immediately. We make every attempt to include all involved parties with a transparent project schedule.
Unexpected Surprises
Given M-Build’s high level of accuracy with our project estimates, change orders are minimal. On occasion, surprises arise and full transparency with the client is our number one priority.

Given our extensive experience in the industry, we can provide recommendations to our clients on the best choices of materials to maximize the aesthetics of the space, while being conscious of their budget.
Architect, Engineer & Interior Design Network
M-Build can work with your existing architect, engineer, or interior designer, or we can make recommendations within our trusted network. We continually build and maintain relationships with our partners based on our strict expectations and delivery of quality results on time and meet your budget expectations.
Permits & Inspections
M-Build has extensive experience handling permits and inspections for all counties where we perform work. We take all the stress off our clients and manage the entire permit process!
